# What should I know before I buy Warmerly?

This page answers the questions people ask before they pay, including the awkward ones. Where
something is not offered, or we cannot confirm it here, it says so. Prices are in US dollars;
the [pricing page](https://warmerly.com/pricing) shows the figure for your currency.

## Which plan do I need?

Plans are sold on mailboxes and leads, not on emails sent. Sending is not metered on any paid
plan: what bounds volume is the number of mailboxes times each mailbox's own daily limit.

| Plan | Price | Mailboxes | Active campaigns | Leads per campaign |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $0, no card | 1 | 1 | 500 |
| Starter | $19 a month | 5 | 5 | 2,500 |
| Growth | $49 a month | 25 | 25 | 25,000 |
| Agency | $179 a month | 100 | no cap | 100,000 |

Free allows 100 campaign sends a month. Annual billing on the paid plans is ten times the monthly
price, which is two months free. Mailboxes are fixed by the plan; there is no unlimited-mailbox
plan. Start from the [pricing page](https://warmerly.com/pricing), or from **Settings > Billing**
if you already have an account.

## Can I try it first, and what does the free plan include?

The Free plan is a real plan you can stay on, with no card. Paid plans start with a 7-day trial: a
card is needed, nothing is charged until day 8, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Every
new account also gets a free mailbox on a Warmerly domain that is already warming up. It is for
warmup, replies and tests; for real outreach, connect your own mailbox or add a hosted one. See
[the free mailbox](https://docs.warmerly.com/help/free-sending-mailbox).

## I already have email on my domain. Will connecting it break anything?

Connecting your own Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft or SMTP mailbox changes nothing in your
DNS. Warmerly reads your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records and shows what is missing.

Hosted mailboxes (OneMail) are different: they need Warmerly's MX records. If the domain already
receives email, both OneMail routes stop before changing any MX record and recommend a
secondary sending domain, so your existing inboxes keep working. See
[OneMail](https://docs.warmerly.com/help/onemail-mailboxes). Importing or migrating old mail from another provider is not
something these pages describe: ask support@warmerly.com and a person will confirm.

## Can I use a hosted mailbox in Outlook or Apple Mail?

No. Hosted mailboxes are used through the Warmerly inbox and the API; no IMAP or SMTP login is
provided for them today. If you need your own mail app on an address, connect your own mailbox
instead.

## Does warmup guarantee the inbox?

No. Warmup builds sender reputation gradually; it starts at 4 a day and climbs to 50 a day over
30 days, with a lower ceiling for Gmail (40) and Outlook (30). You can launch a first campaign
on day one because new mailboxes start on a volume ramp. No placement or reply-rate figure is
promised: run a [placement test](https://docs.warmerly.com/help/placement-tests) to see your own result.

## Where is my data, and are you GDPR compliant?

Customer data is hosted in the EU. This page makes no certification or compliance claim. The
documents to read are the [privacy policy](https://warmerly.com/privacy), the
[data processing agreement](https://warmerly.com/dpa), the
[sub-processor list](https://warmerly.com/sub-processors) and the
[trust page](https://warmerly.com/trust). Mailbox passwords and Microsoft refresh tokens are
encrypted before they are stored. For a signed or customised agreement, email support@warmerly.com.

## What can and can't I send?

Warmerly is for lawful business-to-business outreach, and the
[Acceptable Use Policy](https://warmerly.com/acceptable-use) is the rule. In short it does not
allow bought or rented lists, scraping, consumers without the consent their country requires,
re-contacting people who unsubscribed, or evading blocklists. Some subjects (such as
cryptocurrency or gambling) need written approval first, which can be refused. The policy does
not say whether newsletters to existing customers are covered, so ask support@warmerly.com
before relying on it. Nothing here is legal advice.

## Do you offer discounts, refunds or white label?

We cannot promise any of them from this page. What is published: a 30-day free offer on the
website for some visitors, [Warmerly for Startups](https://docs.warmerly.com/help/warmerly-for-startups), the cancel flow's
own offers, and the [refund policy](https://docs.warmerly.com/help/refunds-and-cancellation-policy) with the 30-day inbox
guarantee and its conditions. No white-label product is documented, and the policy requires
written agreement before anyone resells Warmerly. Agencies run client work in
[client workspaces](https://docs.warmerly.com/help/agency-client-workspaces) on the Agency plan. For anything beyond that,
email support@warmerly.com.

## What about the API, integrations and other tools?

API keys and webhooks are on the Agency plan and on custom Max plans only. The MCP server, which
connects Claude or ChatGPT to your workspace, works on every plan. Any tool that can send a REST
request with your key can use the API. No native CRM integration is documented. See
[Use the API](https://docs.warmerly.com/help/use-the-api).

## What does Warmerly not offer?

No iPhone app and no Play Store listing (there is an Android app you install directly), no
phone line, no unlimited mailboxes, and no transactional email. There is no published uptime
guarantee; the [status page](https://status.warmerly.com/) shows current service health.

## How do I talk to a person?

Email support@warmerly.com, ask in the chat to be passed to the team, or book a demo call at
[warmerly.com/book-a-call](https://warmerly.com/book-a-call). No response time is promised.
