Can I connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or Google Business?

Not from the app today. Warmerly is an outreach product, and the channels you can connect and send from are:

Accounts shows tabs for All, Mailboxes, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. There is no tab for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or Google Business, and no screen to schedule or publish posts to them. Warmerly does not run your social media posting, comment moderation or ad accounts.

Why you may have heard otherwise

Content scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile has been prepared in the product's plan structure, and each plan carries an account allowance for them. That allowance is not sold as a feature, and there is nothing in the app to use it with. Do not buy or plan around it. If a page or an answer implies you can post to these platforms from Warmerly, treat it as out of date and check the current pricing page.

Nothing about this affects LinkedIn or WhatsApp outreach, which are separate, working channels.

If you want outreach on social platforms

Two things work today:

  • LinkedIn outreach through your own LinkedIn profile, with warmup, connection requests and messages. See What is Warmerly Link?.
  • WhatsApp messaging from your own number, in the Inbox. See WhatsApp outreach.

Direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are not supported as a sending channel.

Common problems

  • "That channel hasn't launched yet." You may see this if you followed an old link to connect one of these platforms. It is expected. The channel is not available.
  • I do not see an Instagram or Facebook tab in Accounts. Correct, there is not one.
  • Will these channels be added? There is no date to promise here. Follow the changelog for what ships.
  • Do I pay for these channels? No. There is no slot to buy for them, see Channel accounts: paid slots and overage.
